Anja's teaching is shaped by curiosity about how we inhabit ourselves – the way breath and intentional movement quietly regulate the nervous system.
Trained in hatha, vinyasa, and yin, and informed by trauma-sensitive practice, she holds space that is warm, unhurried, and without pressure.
Her Pisces Sun brings sensitivity and depth. Her Aquarius Moon and Rising bring openness and a desire to keep exploring.
Classes are built around meditation, breath awareness, and mindful movement, with seasonal themes drawn from yoga philosophy.
