Much of contemporary self-development is built around the pursuit of feeling better. Rocco’s work begins somewhere else. With lived experience and the understanding that healing is not always found in comfort, certainty, or resolution, but often in our willingness to stay present with what has been avoided, silenced, or pushed aside. For grief that has not yet found embodiment.-  It’s about creating or finding back to capacity. Its less about feeling better and truly interested in becoming more available. Available to what is true, what is felt, what is longed for, and what has perhaps been waiting to be heard beneath distraction, performance, or the pressure to be okay. 

There are no promises of breakthrough, transformation, or healing.

They just invite to participate and pay attention.
